Refund policy


1. Returns



  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Customized or personalized items (including embroidered or logo products) are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).






2. Refunds



  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.






3. Exchanges



  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size.
  • To request an exchange, contact us first at gamedayskin@gmail.com with your order number and details.






4. Non-Returnable Items



The following cannot be returned or refunded:


  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Customized items (logos, embroidery, team gear)
  • Sale or clearance items
